OpusWA Ticket Giveaway – Privacy and Terms

This promotion is run by OpusWA Arts Orchestra and Chorale (ABN 50 700 164 271). Maestria Productions administers the promotion and manages entries on OpusWA's behalf.

Privacy

  • What we collect: your name, email, phone number, postcode and the performance you chose.

  • Why: to run the draw, contact winners, and add you to the OpusWA mailing list, which you agree to when you enter.

  • Who sees it: OpusWA and Maestria Productions only. We never sell your details. Winners' first names and suburbs are published as set out in the terms below. Facebook also handles form data under Meta's own privacy policy.

  • How long we keep it: competition details are deleted 12 months after the promotion ends. Mailing-list details are kept until you unsubscribe.

  • Your choices: unsubscribe any time using the link in our emails. To see, correct or delete your details, email info@opuswa.com.au.

Terms and conditions

  1. Promoter. The promoter is OpusWA Arts Orchestra and Chorale (ABN 50 700 164 271), PO Box 394, Subiaco WA 6904, info@opuswa.com.au (the "Promoter").

  2. Promotion period. The promotion opens when it is first advertised on Facebook and closes at 11:59pm AWST on Sunday 1 November 2026. Entries received outside this period are invalid.

  3. Eligibility. Entry is open to residents of Western Australia aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, Music on the Terrace and their immediate families are not eligible.

  4. How to enter. Complete the entry form in the Promoter's Facebook ad, giving your name, email, phone and postcode, and agree to join the Promoter's mailing list. Entrants must choose whether they are entering for the Saturday prizes, the Sunday prize, or either. One entry per person. No purchase is necessary. Liking, following or sharing any social media page is not required to enter.

  5. Prizes. There are 3 prizes, each a double pass (2 tickets) to Music on the Terrace: Tchaikovsky – Power & Passion at the Government House Ballroom, Perth: 2 double passes for Saturday 7 November 2026 and 1 double pass for Sunday 8 November 2026. Prizes are for the night stated and cannot be swapped. Each prize is valued at $140 (2 tickets at $70 each), making a total prize pool of $420. Travel, food and other costs are not included.

  6. Draw. The draw takes place at 10am AWST on Monday 2 November 2026 in East Victoria Park, WA, and is drawn electronically using a random number generator. The 2 Saturday winners are drawn first, from valid entries that chose Saturday or either night. The Sunday winner is then drawn from valid entries that chose Sunday or either night, excluding the Saturday winners. Each entrant can win only one prize.

  7. Notification. Winners will be contacted by email and phone on 2 November 2026 and must confirm acceptance by 5pm AWST on 4 November 2026. Winners' first name and suburb will be posted on the Promoter's Facebook Page by 6 November 2026.

  8. Unclaimed prizes. If a prize is not claimed by the deadline, a redraw will take place at 10am AWST on 5 November 2026 at the same location, from the same pool of entrants as the original draw for that prize. Redraw winners will be contacted the same day and must accept by 5pm AWST on 6 November 2026.

  9. Tickets. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Tickets are subject to Music on the Terrace's and Government House's conditions of entry. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, the Promoter is not liable to provide an alternative prize.

  10. Privacy. Personal information is collected by the Promoter to run this promotion and add entrants to its mailing list. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time. See the Privacy section on this page.

  11. Meta. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Meta. Entrants release Meta from all liability. Questions go to the Promoter, not Meta.

  12. General. The Promoter may disqualify entries that are fraudulent or break these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
